A rare three region blend featuring Ethiopia, Sumatra, Honduras & Columbian beans with complex notes of dried stonefruit, sweet dark chocolate, molasses, nuts, citrus, vanilla, & tobacco. 

Roast Level: Medium Dark, Dark
Flavor Notes: Dried stonefruit, dark chocolate, brown sugar, nuts, citrus, vanilla & tobacco. 
Origin: Ethiopia, Honduras, Sumatra, Columbia
Process: Washed
Cultivar: Ethiopian Heirloom; Honduran Catuai, Pacas, Parainema, Yellow Cataui; Sumtran Andung Sari, Sigarar Utang & various Columbian.

Our espresso roast is designed for to keep a touch of playful acidity in straight shots, while still providing the depth you commonly look for in a latte or cappuccino. With notes of dried stonefruit followed by smooth chocolatey notes and a complex finish of warm pipe tobacco & vanilla bean. We draw from all three major growing regions to bring the best of the worlds coffee into one cup.
